About Us

Our associates have well over 50 years experience operating small and medium sized businesses and in that time have developed a systematic approach to improving the value of SMBs.  Our premise is that what all SMBs need to survive is new customers as well as holding on to the existing ones.

We prefer to work as Director level managers in our client's Marketing and Sales Departments, working with them; first, to analize the situation, second to plan a new or redifine the old strategy, third to implement an improvement plan and mentor existing client employess to takeover when we reach the targeted milestones.  We are then available to continue monitoring company performance and assiting your employees in achieving the company goals.
